my nime is aky and I am a football player . I have a normal muscle mass and I am very thin ( I can see a lot of veins even on my abs ) but I ‘d like to improve my body , so I want to lift more weight and continue to have more lean mass than fat one . If somebody can give me advices to reach my goal I would be very happy.
