Calcification

Thursday, January 15th, 2009

I suffered a traumatic blow to my elbow about a year ago, the military doctors never took the time to tend to the inflammation i sustained and the injury got worse with me working out and led to the tissues in my elbow going from soft tissue to calcified tissue ( hardened) this causes severe pain when i do heavy weights on chest and shoulder workouts and also tri days, i took a year off and returned to find out that I had done alot of damage so it isn’t fully healed. I am still being treated for this but it sucks cuz i cannot lift like i want is there any tips on how to get the recovery process expedited. or what kind of treatment or routine i could go on to aid with this, any tips will be appreciated.

Training/Gains

Thursday, June 28th, 2007

I have been training really hard and doing very little cardio cuz i am still bulking, but my weight fluctuates like crazy about a week ago i was up to 223 and yesterday i was down to 212 could it be just water weight, cuz that would be an awful lot. to gain and loose too. Any Other reasons?
