			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OMG! I reinjured my should back in May and haven&#8217;t worked out since. I hate it. I was doing so good, with great results and then this. I look and weight the same I did when I first started back in January, &quot;no muscles there&quot;. I feel bad because I&#8217;m always asked to update my photos, but am too embarrassed to show everyone what I look like. But hey I,m ready to jump back into it and I got my eye&#8217;s set on a contest in Fresno, CA April 09. I know I can do it and this site has give me the motivation too. I won&#8217;t let myself down.

I just got consistent with working out legs when I pulled my groin doing squats. I love squats! The movement, the feel, the burn, but I can&#8217;t do them now because of my groin. I&#8217;ve been doing leg presses, with limited range of motion and extensions. It&#8217;s just not the same and my legs are stubborn. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? I need my legs to catch up with the rest of my body. HELP!</font>
