Well, my upper body is growing just fine, but my leg’s are being left behind. I just got consistent with working out legs when I pulled my groin doing squats. I love squats! The movement, the feel, the burn, but I can’t do them now because of my groin. I’ve been doing leg presses, with limited range of motion and extensions. It’s just not the same and my legs are stubborn. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? I need my legs to catch up with the rest of my body. HELP!
