OMG! I reinjured my should back in May and haven’t worked out since. I hate it. I was doing so good, with great results and then this. I look and weight the same I did when I first started back in January, "no muscles there". I feel bad because I’m always asked to update my photos, but am too embarrassed to show everyone what I look like. But hey I,m ready to jump back into it and I got my eye’s set on a contest in Fresno, CA April 09. I know I can do it and this site has give me the motivation too. I won’t let myself down.

Well, my upper body is growing just fine, but my leg’s are being left behind. I just got consistent with working out legs when I pulled my groin doing squats. I love squats! The movement, the feel, the burn, but I can’t do them now because of my groin. I’ve been doing leg presses, with limited range of motion and extensions. It’s just not the same and my legs are stubborn. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? I need my legs to catch up with the rest of my body. HELP!
