How disappointing!

Today, I realized how fat I really am… 27.9 % YUCK! Trying to motivate myself enough to get out of this chair and go to the gym… I wonder how late Gold’s is open till on a Sunday??… I want to know what would be a good fat % to be at…. and for that matter what the heck is lean body mass? Everything I read says my idea body weight should be 161…. YAY! that means I only need to lose 25 lbs to be normal…. Must find a good workout video and a partner………. MUST GET IN SHAPE!!!

Ok So I didn’t know that waking up could be so harmful…. I woke up two days ago and my shoulder was killing me… Dr. says I tore something in my shoulder… Blah…. Stupid Shoulder! So everthing will be done one handed today… :(
