How disappointing!

Today, I realized how fat I really am… 27.9 % YUCK! Trying to motivate myself enough to get out of this chair and go to the gym… I wonder how late Gold’s is open till on a Sunday??… I want to know what would be a good fat % to be at…. and for that matter what the heck is lean body mass? Everything I read says my idea body weight should be 161…. YAY! that means I only need to lose 25 lbs to be normal…. Must find a good workout video and a partner………. MUST GET IN SHAPE!!!

Good luck. Take it one day at a time, make one small change at a time, but whatever you do make change. You will see things pay off. Come here often and get motivated. Take care and good luck.

The average woman is, what, 20% bf, so you’re really not far off the mark. Plus you’re cute and that’s something you can’t get from a machine. I mean, me? Old and oogly. No amount of workouts is going to change that. You? Hit the gym, do some cardio, cut back on your calories and you’ll have Jamie Eason coming to you for advice. ;)

Don’t be so hard on yourself because you’re beautiful. Take it one step at a time. You’ll be successful. Trust me. Vinny

Does everything you read say that is the ideal bodyweight for a woman with the things going on in and with your body?
You are adding additional stresses to the day-to-day stresses that you have and you know what stress does to your “condition” don’t you. I don’t mean to sound like I am lecturing you but I guess in a way I am. I would like you to give yourself a break, not an excuse, but a break and forgive yourself for everything up to this point. You are working on the future my fine young friend and not the past and beating yourself up over the past is a recipe for disaster rather than a recipe for success.
To be successful you need to focus on what will get you where you want to go and concentrate on making Alicia the best she can be from this [point on.
You should look at any limitations you have and design your workouts taking those limitations into consideration and work with what you have and can do and the rest will take care of itself.
If you honestly challenge (push) yourself and do the best that you can when you are working out and doing cardio along with doing your best to maintain a healthy nutrition program you will succeed. It will not be overnight but it will happen.
I am a person tends to throw in the odd motivational or inspirational saying or quote and one that might help you at this time is one that I often refer to myself and it is: "Do not allow yourself to get hung up on things that have already happened, or worry about things that may happen. Concentrate on what you are shooting for right now and everything else will take care of itself."

You’ll be able to head to Gold’s until 9 on a Sunday. :) And don’t beat yourself down! Baby steps are hard, but they’ll get you there. You have an entire team behind you completely.

    1) Your cute!
    2) Not that far of the mark of average at 27. when average is 20!
    3) Add some muscle and the lard will melt farly quick!
    4) When you get to 18 % or less you will go from REALY cute to DAMN hot!
    5) Just keep at it..ROME not in a DAY!
