Well it took another day but I’m back! Yesterday I hit my legs for literally the first time ever and they’re felling ok right now. As for my routine I’m gonna update it in that section right now.

It’s been a while

Since I’ve been here so just gonna update a little tonight and then continue tomorrow after school. I have not lost the desired amount of weight which I’m bummed but I can definately see a difference in my body. So wa my goal technically achieved no but could it have been? yeah for sure I got a new workout thingy (again I’m gonna come back tomorrow) it’s been good but I made the mistake of using N.O. xplode or w/e that my friend gave me and ohmy****ingshit I hurt like a mother now hehe and the second day usually is more painful so I cant wait for tomorrow (sarcasm haha) L8r

The pain

I’ve welcomed pain back into my life not like injury pain but the heavenly sensation of being sore as hell after a hard workout. Yesterday I upped everything by 5 pounds or an extra rep with each set and boy am I feeling it. I took for the very first time a quadfecta of Gakic Creakic and Leukic oh yeah and Redline (pill form) and I’m not sure if they worked but we’ll see. I dont usually use supplements but my younger brother who just came up to visit from texas brought me them knowing that I’m an aspiring bodybuilder. I feel bad using them because I feel like I’m cheating myself by using supps  but he spent like somewhere near 250 bucks on this stuff but after this I’m going all natural again I dont like using them. AND today I used 3 redline before my 3&3 (walk three run three) cardio and oh  my  god my heart was going a million miles an hour and I felt like I was gonna explode but in a good way. So I’ll keep going like this for a month or two depending on how I spread out the pills (I really dont want to take the reccomended dosages twice a day with that stuff is way too much if you ask me). So in 60 days I’ll have my results and I was going to measure myself today but I cant find my tape measure >.< gosh darn it. so I’ll prob buy another one and record all of that tomorrow :D

I’ve had a major relapse & a breakthrough

First the bad news. Being a major douche that I am I decided to have a piece of the pizza that my dad ordered well I went from one piece to 5 pieces & 3 bbq wings ugh I want to die. Well the good news is that my mother enrolled me into her ballys which set her back 1000$ >.< I feel bad about that part but I swear not one penny will be wasted I go tomorrow right after school to go show off my powers to some personal trainer pfft like I need a personal trainer just head me towards the pool the treadmills & the weights and I’m ready to go.

Update

I’ve been sick and gotten better, gone from basic training to advanced and boy does it kick my ass! And I’ve found myself faltering trying to wriggle my way out of doing a full set or skipping sets completely but I’ve usually pushed through. and I’m drinking my nasty ass shakes and am about to go do my arms and back day I’ll update tomorrow!

Lost four lbs?I woke up today ate and drank what I normally do and I weighed 214 so I waited till later and yet again I weighed 214 so I’m not sure what I lost muscle or fat since I havent worked out in a week but I mean four lbs of muscle just because of one week? at my age? idk kinda scared thats a lot of weight

My new best friend…running

Wow I feel terriffic I just got back from a three mile run & a three mile walk and even better all three of my running miles were under 10 min. That may not seem so fantastic to you but for me thats GREAT!! I was listening to my Ipod which made it seem like even faster and with 156 bpm it kept me in check. And my sauna ?sauna? suit made me sweat like no other I literally drenched through it and through my sweatshirt. then I took a nice long shower and whew I’m ready for bed I think this’ll be an every other day thing along with my boxing

A close shave

Well good news & bad news. First the bad news, I’m somewhat grounded. No phone (when my dad’s home hehe go Mom) & no doing stuff after school with my girlfriend *tear* . GOOD NEWS I still get to see my girlfriend over the weekend ^_^ hooray as long as I give them sufficient time to prepare to drive and all that shit. I thought about this and was like screw that I’ll just walk or ride my bike that way I can just tell them I’m going to Sara’s house. It’s 8 miles so it’ll be a good walk/ride & she’s worth it plus I need the extra moving. Other good news I can still work out WOOT!!!
