So i have been MIA for a bit… I had major surgery on July 8 and recovery has been taking a tad longer than I had hoped.  Just in case some of you i spoke to on a regular basis thought I fell off the planet, i am still here!  Getting back into the gym Slowly… but the diet is great!  hopefully soon, i will have progress pics up!
