Going for it!!!!

I have just finished writing a short article about proteins for my future web site for bodybuilders. I’m gonna write lots of them trying to help others become their best at this and hope to help make bodybuilding more popular in my country. From now on my main is : To become a great example to others of how bodybuilding can transform you into a man you want to be physically and mentally!

Dang it…

Still can’t deadlift properly :( (( After I set a new record at deadlifting 269lbs one guy told me i was doing it wrong… DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmn…. I was so proud of myself, but I will have to change my stance probably.. I’ll check out exercise videos and pics to get a best idead of what I might be doing wrong.. I must get this right!!!!

I’m gonna make bodybuilding and fitness more popular in my country!!!

I want to make bodybuilding and fitness more popular in my country. I’ll start from creating a website with bodybuilding articles to newbies and those who’ve been around too. Also, in future, I’d love to publish a bodybuilding magazine in my country. I want to have a business and associate it bodybuilding. Even build an empire which would be helping people across the country to become more healthy and fit! It’s a huge challenge for me. I still have to gain a lot of weight and experience in training and nutrition to be a great help to people though. I will!!! I have a vision and I want to pursuit it and achieve it!

Apetite gone down… :((

It sucks, I can’t eat as much as I need to. I probably overloaded my stomach… I’ll get some veggies and yogurt to my diet…. If my apetite doesn’t come back, say good bye to gains… :(

I’ll head out to workout  soon to workout my legs and delts today..

And it’s again at deadlifting!! Today I did 253lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEAAAHH!!! :) )) I failed the first time but tried again and did it! Oh and I did 154lbs at bench press last week which was another personal best.

Things outside the gym aren’t going that well. I’m lil’ lost… Things will get clear in the future.

Yeah.. I deadlifted 220lbs with correct form!! :D :D Then on next set I deadlifted it again twice just the second one wasn’t very correct. Tried 230lb in between but couldn’t do it…

Today was a chest/triceps day.Chest is progressing very slowly…

I’m real close to reaching my goal of 58 kilos!!!

Wow…I did it, it wasn’t very correct in form but I still did it.. I’ll do better next time since it was 5th set. Next time I’ll be deadlifting even more ;)

Workout went pretty well. Focused on negative side of reps when curling and biceps feels GOOD!!! :D

Personal best

I recently started deadlifting and was at 45 kilos, then at 50 on the next workout. Today I was doubting if I should deadlift 60 kilos but I tried and.. .wow!!! I did 15 reps in the first and then 10 reps on second and third sets and 8 on 4th, I’m so proud!! :D D And I deadlifted from the ground each and every rep! Next workout I’ll deadlift 70 kilos for whatever reps I can..

Being somebody

I get the feeling that no ones thinks I will amount to anything in life. Nor family who loves, nor friends… That suck..And my goal in life is to be a man who people meet and think to themselves "Wow, this guy is something different, he is gonna be something special".. Lifting helps me get closer to this.. I’m very happy that I found this sport!
