I just got fired today….

Today I learned that I’m fired due to economical crisis. This wasn’t shocking..I kinda expected it for some time already… It’s time to move on for me… Getting fired sounds bad, but I’m not really scared or depressed because of it… I might get a job which pays 4 times more in Ireland. I really hope so. Then I’ll earn a lot of money which will give me freedom to start business, to travel, to buy some needed things like a car and etc. I still  have a job for two months and then I’m out. If I don’t get a job in Ireland by that time.. I’m in lil’ bad situation but I believe I’ll be working in Ireland pretty soon.

Huge changes coming!

In the near future (next few months) I should get a new job, join a new gym, earn more money and move to other country… Wow.. a hell of a lot things going on now in my life… I know it will bring more money and that will be beneficial for my upcoming web-site about BBing. I see brighter future going from here on. I’ll get a few steps closer to becoming Personal trainer and having BBing related business.

Few months are probably needed to find a job so I need to get by till then. My current job pays really… welll….it sucks… bosses blames it on crisis and they took away 20 percent of earnings from everyone and that is just not enough.. not even to get by…. I don’t want to live that way..  And since it all depends on me I’m taking action…

Didn’t gain and doubts

Crap.. I didn’t gain any weight this month.. :( Oh well, haven’t been consistent with diet so that’s why. I don’t think it’s because of 5×5 workout program. I’ll pay more attention to nutrition this month and should be at 132lbs.

On other note, I’d like to become personal trainer… To help other people to achieve their extreme makeovers would be great! But I can’t say this is what I truly want… Why I was put here on earth… I already thought I was gonna be a lawyer and a good one… But that was just me trying to become something my family wanted… If I become PT I can bodybuild, I can train and see others improving and get paid for it.. at the same time this job might suck when you see people you train being passive and not doing what they should… I’m kinda afraid of starting it really seriously because after some time I might again go "Nah..this is not for me"…shit… I’m lost here… I’ve got to get it together soon…

New pics and some updates

I have a few pics of my progress and it’s going pretty good. Nothing magical but one day I will probably try to go after bb.com transformation of the week! Still got lots of pounds to gain though. About gaining… not doing well this month. I’m fluctuating at around 130 lbs… That stinks :( SO I guess I’ve hit a plateu for now.

My workout program of 5×5 from Stronglifts.com is nice. I’m adding weight gradually and hoping to see results after two weeks.

On other news I’m contemplating on how I ca make  a bussiness out of my passion for bbing and helping others to reach their goals.

New experience

Monday, January 19th, 2009

So today I did my new 5×5 workout. Squats and Bench presses for 5×5, then barbell rows 3×12, then 3 sets till  failure of dips and 3 sets until failure of hanging leg raises. I got exhausted a lil’ faster than doing a split. But I like it, it’s new experience and I’ll see how I’ll feel tomorrow. Maybe I’ll recover sooner because the microtrauma I got today for my muscles was smaller per muscle group (my theory is that split causes more microtrauma to muscles and it takes longer to recover from them, we’ll see if I was right :P ).

I expect to gain a lot more strength in two months of this program. I hope to add like 45lbs on bench press and somethig similar to squats..

Starting on a new program, 5×5!

So from tomorrow, I’m doing 5×5 strength program. 3×10 program for hypertrophy works for me but I’m not gainin as much strength as I’d like so I’ll focus on it for next 2-3 months and then go from there. It will also be a new experience and experience is great, I crave it these times… It will help me in the future… I’ll be squatting 3x a week so it will be interesting how my body will react to it!

Looking forward to doing it!

Losing weight :(((

Crap… I lost some weight. It may be stress it may be overtraining… Three straight days at the gym is not good for me. I’ll have to rest for one day for sure from now on. I hope I’ll maintain the weight… Next couple of months won’t be easy to gain weight, but I hope I’ll have a t least small gains…

I just had a fire lit under my a.s.s!!!!!

Wow… HUGE HUGE HUGE changes in my young life. First off I quit my studies. I want to have more time and rest to focus on bodybuilding to get myself a great body and then make a living from bodybuilding (mainly from helping others become fit). I’ve got a few ideas and want to make those goals come true. But now that I’ve quit studies, about 30-40 percent of monthly income has been cut off since my parents (mother) are not gonna support me anymore (only if I’II continue to study she’d help me). I’m OK with that. I will make a living on my own.  I will now have a very limited supply of money. And since I have to pay rent on my own now, I’m in trouble… It costs a hell of a lot money. Probably half of my income. The funny thing is, I had my salary cut off by 20 percent just days ago because of crisis… But I’ll find a way to live, to get money and to pursue my dreams. I feel it’s a huge challenge… Balls-to-the-walls time has come. I’ll either go broke or achieve something BIG in this life…

Future holds a lot of interesting things for me….

Training with wrist injury

Yesterday I strained my wrist and was afraid I couldn’t do back workout today. But I was wrong, aside from barbell curls I was able to do all exercises. Deads, bent over rows, dumbell curls etc.. all went well and I had a good workout! Hope my wrist heals soon to train fully!

Experimenting

Today I started to work out my chest twice a workout. I did sets of bench pressing the dumbells, dumbell flies, and pressing dumbells with angle for upper chest with normal weights. Then did triceps training and then went to bench pressing. I was tired and I couldn’t lift the usual weight already so I did  6 drop sets of it. My chest got pumped very much. I killed it today. Next time I’ll do not one but all three exercises for chest with lower weights. I want to make my chest grow and I MEAN GROW! It’s one of my top priorities. I’ll workout like this for two months and see how the results will go. Hope to add at least 22 lbs to my max bench press!
