Back to workout. Feeling better
So today I was back at workout and it went good. I feel good I feel like I did what I was supposed to do today after going to workout. Refreshed. I guess I wasn’t at full strength after about a week of no workouts…I was barely catching breath after 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of overhead presses and 3 sets of deadlifting…. wow…
To get myself motivated I watched my favorite vids on BodySpace, listened to some music that gets me pumped up a bit and off I went. After I got out the door I was in little trance state, there was nothing else just the path to my gym… Didn’t really think about anything else for long, just gym.. gym.. gym.. go…go…go..
Yeah.. I’m happy..
