Didn’t gain and doubts
Crap.. I didn’t gain any weight this month..
Oh well, haven’t been consistent with diet so that’s why. I don’t think it’s because of 5×5 workout program. I’ll pay more attention to nutrition this month and should be at 132lbs.
On other note, I’d like to become personal trainer… To help other people to achieve their extreme makeovers would be great! But I can’t say this is what I truly want… Why I was put here on earth… I already thought I was gonna be a lawyer and a good one… But that was just me trying to become something my family wanted… If I become PT I can bodybuild, I can train and see others improving and get paid for it.. at the same time this job might suck when you see people you train being passive and not doing what they should… I’m kinda afraid of starting it really seriously because after some time I might again go "Nah..this is not for me"…shit… I’m lost here… I’ve got to get it together soon…
