Starting on a new program, 5×5!
So from tomorrow, I’m doing 5×5 strength program. 3×10 program for hypertrophy works for me but I’m not gainin as much strength as I’d like so I’ll focus on it for next 2-3 months and then go from there. It will also be a new experience and experience is great, I crave it these times… It will help me in the future… I’ll be squatting 3x a week so it will be interesting how my body will react to it!

Good luck with your new program. I am starting a new program tonight as well (posted it in full details in my bodyblog).
FYI, I tried a fullbody routine 3 days a week, and I squatted 3 days a week in it. It does help, although I did no more than 2 sets of squats per day. It would be interesting to see how your body responds to 5×5 squats 3 days a week.
