Experimenting
Today I started to work out my chest twice a workout. I did sets of bench pressing the dumbells, dumbell flies, and pressing dumbells with angle for upper chest with normal weights. Then did triceps training and then went to bench pressing. I was tired and I couldn’t lift the usual weight already so I did 6 drop sets of it. My chest got pumped very much. I killed it today. Next time I’ll do not one but all three exercises for chest with lower weights. I want to make my chest grow and I MEAN GROW! It’s one of my top priorities. I’ll workout like this for two months and see how the results will go. Hope to add at least 22 lbs to my max bench press!
