Dang it…

Still can’t deadlift properly :( (( After I set a new record at deadlifting 269lbs one guy told me i was doing it wrong… DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmn…. I was so proud of myself, but I will have to change my stance probably.. I’ll check out exercise videos and pics to get a best idead of what I might be doing wrong.. I must get this right!!!!

    Don’t assume that guy knows what he’s talking about…I’ve heard a lot of ‘advice’ flying around at my gym that is just plain wrong! Keep watching training videos, lots of good ones on this site, that’s what I did and it took some time but I have the form down now and I continue to improve…you will too!

    Check out Stronglifts.com. and click on the deadlift link on the right. Remember to keep the bar touching or almost touching the shins and thighs. Keep it as close to your body as possible. When you set up for the rep keep chin up while reminding yourself to keep your lower back taught. When your execute don’t pull with lower back, push off heals and trust hips forward. When doing the negative make sure to keep bar close to body and breath out. Hope this helps, the site i recommended will probably give you a better idea, a video is included :) . Hope this helps. This is the Strength training DL and will allow you to hand the most weight. There are other feeble variations. Train the mind… train the body.
