I did it!!!!
Yeah.. I deadlifted 220lbs with correct form!!
:D Then on next set I deadlifted it again twice just the second one wasn’t very correct. Tried 230lb in between but couldn’t do it…
Today was a chest/triceps day.Chest is progressing very slowly…
I’m real close to reaching my goal of 58 kilos!!!
