Personal best
I recently started deadlifting and was at 45 kilos, then at 50 on the next workout. Today I was doubting if I should deadlift 60 kilos but I tried and.. .wow!!! I did 15 reps in the first and then 10 reps on second and third sets and 8 on 4th, I’m so proud!!
D And I deadlifted from the ground each and every rep! Next workout I’ll deadlift 70 kilos for whatever reps I can..
