I started squatting!!!
Yeah!! Today was a first day I squatted!
I started with no plates on bar and three series and then three series with 5lb plates on bar. Not much really but today was more of a learning day I’ll some more weight next leg day.
But even with small weight like that I saw that my quads were pumped up like never before! I kinda liked squatting ( I hate leg pressing though) so I’m really looking forward to adding more weight.
