Measurments

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

WOOOW!!! I took measurments today and it looks like I’ve grew across the board. Added 5 centimeters to chest, 3 cm to quads, 2cm to arms and 1 to forearms.. I noticed a difference in mirror, a small one but numbers show nice improvement. A lot of it might have come from muscle memory when I trained a year  ago but it’s still nice to see difference when I had lost the gains.

It’s sad that scale isn’t showing 56 kilos yet.

So, I’m happy! And I’ll keep growin’ :D

Weigh-in

So today’s morning I decided to weigh-in and it appears I’m at 55,8 kilos now! Pretty good :) Not 56 where I should be to reach 57kilos by the start of next month but it’s still 0,8 kilo gain! It’s sad that BodySpace only shows 55 kilos even though I typed in 55,8.

I’ve gained some strength too, I benched more then ever - 50kg for 12 reps last time I worked out chest. According to BodySpace my max would be 72!!!! Wow…maybe… I’m gonna bench 52,5kg next workout.

Leg workouts

Today I had a last workout of the week and it was legs/abs/delts/traps…. I usually didn’t like leg workouts because those were the hardest and legs are my weakest link! But today while training I started enjoying it. I had added 10 kilos to weights and I really like the progress my legs made. It’s nothing huge but I can see some muscle !:D So from now on I’m waiting for leg workouts! Looking forward to adding more weights.

On other note I started seeing some features of the physique I am after. I want to have a  modeling-type physique!!! I have a looong way to go but I’m getting it!
