Changes
OK, I’m pissed off..time to change things a bit.
I’m now gonna train 4 times a week and take care of eating more. I’ll try to fit my workout into 40 minutes and make them even more intense. I’ll train Chest on first day/ Arms on second day/back on third day/legs on fourth day. Off-day between second and third day. And then two straight days of rest (should be weekends mostly).
I’m gonna get to those 57 kilos. Even though if it takes a bit longer than planned!
