Baaad news!!!
A setback!!! A small injury that will keep me from training, for at least a week. I wont be training because I have a freaking wrist pain. I can’t put weight on it on anyway or push something without pain and support myself to stand up. It’s bone itself hurting… I’d like to keep working out but the pain has strengthened from last week so it doesn’t get any better now.
Honestly, I’m really sad about not going get workouts….
(( On the other hand, no workouts and just job means less cals burned, more weight gained… So, on this optimistic note I’ll start my week without training….

BTW, anyone knows how to treat this pain. I shouldn’t probably call it wrist’s pain, but my hands pain

Do you know why this started? A lifting injury? Rest will probably do the trick, if not you should see a doctor. I had a wrist sprain in January, I didn’t let it stop me from going to the gym, I did a lot of leg and ab work, and pulling cables for tris and back work didn’t make my wrist hurt too much. Took about 6 weeks to fully recover. Keep the faith!

Thanx, you are right on! I gave it a week of rest and it is gone ( looks like that now, we’ll see how it holds up on Tuesday on workout). I workout out legs and abs too.
