Trying to balance out my days
So, the work eats 9 hours of my day, plus 2 to go there and come back. I’ve got two off days, but one is always on Sunday when gym does not work ![]()
One solution: Workout on off day and then go to gym on before work some other day. Also I want to lower my working out to 2 times instead of 3, because my goal is to gain…. I work with tiles and other heavy stuff in my job 8 hours a day. I wont workout biceps and lower back, because those parts of body gets good amount of work daily now (talking about tons now
). I’ll solve the eating problem soon too. Lots of protein shakes, apples and something else will help me.
I’m slowly overcoming obstacles.. whohoo
