Another workout
Worked out with a friend today. Kinda helped me and showed some exercises and spotting was big help. And because I tried to bench press my max - 60kg. Nope…couldn’t make it. 55kg would have worked but not 60kg. YET. I repeat YET. I will be bench pressing 60kg soon!!! I Will! Trained chest, triceps, legs, traps and abs today.
