Strength, soreness and endorphines!
Today I had last workout of the this first week. Yeah!!! I feel good….
Soreness in legs almost over (but still didn’t want to train them today). Monday will be leg day ( ohhh my….) Gonna work out those babies.
Strength is coming back nicely cuz I bench pressed about 50kilos today. It either was 47,5 or 50.. Anyway, way more than 40 which was my small goal today. On third series I benched 50 kilos 3 times so there is still room to progress. I guess my max now would be about 55-57 kilos, almost 60kg I had a year ago.
And finally, that feeling when endorphines are released is great. God I love it
