2nd workout!! Strength coming back
Yeah!! Look like I’m regaining my strength pretty fast. Trained with good intensity because I was finished in 45 minutes. Legs are still killing me though from monday. Other parts recover faster.
Training feels so great… and esp. pump right after workout, I can actually see how my body is bigger by a centimeter. It goes away of course but I’m getting really optimistic about my ability grow muscles
Back in a gym on friday. Till then I hope my legs will stop being so sore..
