Starting my journey
Ok, so here I am sitting here in evening starting my BodySpace. Looks like great thing! Gotta get some pictures of me and join a gym as soon as possible. I’m gonna make myself a training program tomorrow to work at home ’till I join a gym. I have a few dumbells and I’m planning to work out at least 3 times a week.
I’m student now, don’t work currently so I have time to work out or go for a bike ride these days.
So my nearest goals:
Create a training program
Create a little nutrition program
Workout at home 3 times a week
Join a gym
