Yeah.. I deadlifted 220lbs with correct form!!
:D Then on next set I deadlifted it again twice just the second one wasn’t very correct. Tried 230lb in between but couldn’t do it…
Today was a chest/triceps day.Chest is progressing very slowly…
I’m real close to reaching my goal of 58 kilos!!!

Wow…I did it, it wasn’t very correct in form but I still did it.. I’ll do better next time since it was 5th set. Next time I’ll be deadlifting even more
Workout went pretty well. Focused on negative side of reps when curling and biceps feels GOOD!!!

I recently started deadlifting and was at 45 kilos, then at 50 on the next workout. Today I was doubting if I should deadlift 60 kilos but I tried and.. .wow!!! I did 15 reps in the first and then 10 reps on second and third sets and 8 on 4th, I’m so proud!!
D And I deadlifted from the ground each and every rep! Next workout I’ll deadlift 70 kilos for whatever reps I can..

I get the feeling that no ones thinks I will amount to anything in life. Nor family who loves, nor friends… That suck..And my goal in life is to be a man who people meet and think to themselves "Wow, this guy is something different, he is gonna be something special".. Lifting helps me get closer to this.. I’m very happy that I found this sport!

My weight stayed almost the same after a month… been slacking with eating breakfast
and it shows, I gained a very little. Also I’m out of protein shake, gonna buy and buy new one.

I was walking back home slowly and kinda thinking to myself - you’ve got fight for everything in life. For what ever you want: for your dreams to come true, for a good job, for a great girl… And you’ve got to "fight" the weights to grow muscles. As you struggle in gym to lift that new record-weight. At first maybe you can’t handle it but later you can.
I used to not understand this… And I don’t really like that fact that you’ve got to fight for your life. I’d love it to be easy. I wasn’t ready… but we have to accept the world as it is. Sometimes unfair, sometimes cruel, sometimes fun, sometimes easy. Whole life just a learning experience. One day I will learn how to accept the good and the bad and be a calm person no matter what happens.

Yeah!! Today was a first day I squatted!
I started with no plates on bar and three series and then three series with 5lb plates on bar. Not much really but today was more of a learning day I’ll some more weight next leg day.
But even with small weight like that I saw that my quads were pumped up like never before! I kinda liked squatting ( I hate leg pressing though) so I’m really looking forward to adding more weight.

I got myself a small injury. I strained my lower traps in the left side. But no worry I guess it will go away after week of rest.
Tomorrow I’m going to work out my legs and delts, maybe abs.
Everything else is going pretty normal…

To hell with insults… they just makes me want to reach my goal more! And when I reach it, better beware and don’t insult me cuz I if someone does, he is getting his a.s.s kicked. I’m gonna work out with more intensity and eat more, I want to be muscular FAST!!!
