Where have I been?!

Not at the gym as much as I want to be lately :( . My back injury proved to be detrimental to my exercise habits !! I’m afraid to go heavy because of lower back pain which my doc said is nothing?! I am still lifting but now only 2-3 times a week for an hour each time. I have been doing very good on my weight and eating habits though. I had some rough times in their with all that Taco Bell !! its so cheap and good !! but all the soy in the meat was making me retain water and I was plateauing. I am now at 239 lbs., just 19 lbs away from my end of the year goal :) . I will do it before Halloween :) . I was not able to go under 220 my last weight loss but I will this time I just need to stay away from women lol !!! they always want to eat ice cream and cookies and pasta lol !!! and wine lol and sugar sugar sugar !!!!!!!!!! I hate it ;P. I’m good with chicken and broccoli :) . Well guys good luck to you all ill post up some pictures of my completed goal :) .

Feeling good :)

I woke up today feeling great !! I am taking a full body cleanse that I got from Gnc. The reason I chose to do this now was because I overtrained myself about a week ago and had a minor back pain. So I am taking it easy for another week. So now I can do the cleanse without taking any supplements or with my high protein diet. I woke up today it is my sixth day and I felt a difference !! I was platoed at 263 for about 2 weeks !! now I am somewhere in the 250’s !! Tommorrow is my last day on this cleanse and I cant wait !!. I want some red meat !!! LOL ! I think ribs and fries lol :) . Ill portion myself right .

wtf !!

hahhahaa i followed my diet to perfectly yesterday !! I gained 1 full pound, I find that strange. I am considering some might me muscle gain because I have been lifting and I got some decent sleep last night. I woke up with a headache thought ? strange? The only thing I changed was that I started doing abs. I’m not too worried but I’m just still thinking about what’s happening.

wow !!

I had lost 95 pounds once in 4 months at 20 years old. I went from 305 to 219. That diet was different and I ended gaining back all my weight in like 2 1/2 years time. I actually went to chili’s yesterday because it is my only cheat meal 1 a week and in the morning. So I ate ribs, fries, ann egg roll and 2 hot wings !! lol oh and some chips and salsa. It sounds like a lot but we didn’t finish the hot wings, my fries,egg rolls, or soda. My friend is trying to bulk up so he tried to eat everything lol !! I went ahead and tried to prevent myself from gaining unwanted weight that would push me back another week. So i took BSN Cheaters and they really worked !! lol !! this I can attest too !! I always gain weigth after a cheat meal even when i work out after. I went to the gym later when I got home and relaxed a bit. 1 hour of cardio and some forearm workouts and that was it !! I’m lost half a pound of fat and I ate like a beast !!! lol !!  I love bodybuilding!! I’m finally learning how to control my diet and make REAL changes in my body. I feel like I moved up a level just today :) .

263.6 !!!!!!

Finally i got through my deadpoint !! I wasn’t able to drop any lower than 264 !!!!!!!! today i am 263 ahhahhaah. I feel great !! Yesterdays meals where really good and i ate 5 times. Breakfast was (1)whole wheat pasta with a whole 8 ounce chicken breast in light marinera sauce with 4 cups of organic 1% milk !! in between snack was (2)pro complex shake and third meal was a huuuuuuuge (3)burrito whole wheat tortilla with 3/4 cup organic eggology egg whites with 12 ounces of steak seasoned with lemon and laurys and to top it off I uses quinoa and organic baby spinach !! It didn’t close so I had to eat a very good and sloppy burrito. (4)A pro complex was my fourth meal with 1 cup of pomegranite juice I felt tired so i inout some sugar with the juice.(5) was another pro complex with 7-8 kettle brand chips I couldnt resist lol !! they are my favorite , baked cheddar and beer chips !! very good. All that food and i lost over a pound in one day !! I’m going to keep this up until I get the body that I want !!

315 and going up !!

1 month ago I was scared of squatting 135 at the gym !! LOL !!! each month I got more comfortable with weights and It feels natural now. I finally pumped out 315 10 times and I can do more !! I feel better all the time!! I love squats now lol !!!

Deadlifts are next at 405 so watch out !!
