Started at 62KG on the 14th, first week of dieting and training, and im now 65kg, put on 3KG (6.6lbs), looking forward to next monday to see how i’ve done.
Today is a start of a 2month work out plan, ive been advised to follow. Its going to be the first time i will be taking in nutrition as well as working out hard, i hope to gain 20pounds in the 2months that i carry this out. No junk food.
