			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me give you the quick background details leading to the decision.  I&#8217;m trying to go to sleep last night and my fiance&#8217; is watching stupid reality shows where everyone acts like jerk-wads!  If you can&#8217;t tell I am firmly disgusted with such programming and believe our society should be ashamed of anyone involved with such trash (that&#8217;s another story).  So i can&#8217;t sleep an am getting frustrated.  When i finally get her to turn off the TV, I am too jacked to sleep (it&#8217;s around 11:30pm).  After a night of on and off sleeping that amounted to a total of 4 hours of uneasy sleep, I have to make the decision whether to follow my schedule and go to the gym or try to squeeze in another 1-2hours of sleep.  I normally get up at 4:45am, get to the gym around 5:15am, get my workout, and get to the office at 7:30am. </p>
<p> What would you do???  I got up and went to the gym.  My workout suffered do to fatigue, but I muttled through it.  What would you have done?
