Let me give you the quick background details leading to the decision. I’m trying to go to sleep last night and my fiance’ is watching stupid reality shows where everyone acts like jerk-wads! If you can’t tell I am firmly disgusted with such programming and believe our society should be ashamed of anyone involved with such trash (that’s another story). So i can’t sleep an am getting frustrated. When i finally get her to turn off the TV, I am too jacked to sleep (it’s around 11:30pm). After a night of on and off sleeping that amounted to a total of 4 hours of uneasy sleep, I have to make the decision whether to follow my schedule and go to the gym or try to squeeze in another 1-2hours of sleep. I normally get up at 4:45am, get to the gym around 5:15am, get my workout, and get to the office at 7:30am.
What would you do??? I got up and went to the gym. My workout suffered do to fatigue, but I muttled through it. What would you have done?
