the practice of alternately breathing low and high oxygen air for alternating durations of several minutes. Athletes breathe through a Hypoxicator, a device that filters out oxygen to simulate high altitude, causing the body to begin makings its own EPO (erythropoietin), the hormone that stimulates red blood cell production. Increased red blood cell count, even for a sprinter, reduces fatigue and recovery time during training.
Decreases recovery time
Decreases fatigue
Increases breathing efficiency.

I have been training so hard and dieting hardcore. Plus I have been taking everyone of the supplements that I mention on my page. Some days I feel so tired and worn out, however I keep pushing myself to be ack in shape ala my college track walk on days. I’ve mostly kept up with my lifting max, and have held off on my weight loss/ fat loss. However, lately I have been slowly updating things when I have time. Going through so much these days and feeling so much pain "Love pains". I put my shoulder to the grind stone and keep pushing myself , thanks to my friends here on body space "nickedge" has really helped me out with the workouts and my very good friend Karen Pang has hooked me up with the Diet that goes with my work out intensity. Just trying to better myself in every way possible, health wise, mentally and spiritually. Redefining myself, because some how over time I became lost and the person I most cared about gave up on me. " I was right in front of you, little did you know my hands were reaching out to you & remain extended !" So I just trying to live up to my own quote. Until then it’s just about being consistent with the diet and varying the workouts to avoid a plateu.
thanks for stopping in and reading my blog.

Well, I am on course for the Fire Department. So I have been preparing physically and mentally. Outside from that, I have a personal goal to achieve a level of fitness that will allow me to have a photo shoot with some of my close female fitness competitor friends "KPang". So as my road map, I am going to do everything that is required to fulfill this goal and will not stop until it is achieved. So the two goals are very much intertwined with each other. Fitness in the fire department will only make me better and allow me to handle the unsafe conditions that I will be facing. I will start a journal and or at least progression shots to track my level of fitness. I am not alone in this endeavor, with the help of K Pang good friend, I know and will achieve this. Focused, ready, and anxious.
