					<description>This is a great idea. Last year was the first time I stayed 'on plan' during the holidays and it made a huge difference for me. I focused on my daughter's face (and not stuffing mine) and the sounds, conversations, and smells. And I still had a small serving of my favorite desert. The result was a 5 pound loss over the holiday months and feeling good.</description>
