I hear ya on the &amp;amp;#34;learned&amp;amp;#34; part. It seems that weekly, if not daily, I am learning something about my body &amp;amp;#38;amp; how to maximize that knowledge. This past few weeks have ranged from certain forms on lifts to changing a workout schedule to eating more &amp;amp;#38;amp; my biggest lesson....more sleep!

Some great pearls in your latest post to be gleaned. Hopefully some will.</description>
