Surpise Me, God; Day 1
Last night I invited God to surprise me. This morning as I was praying on my drive to school, I invited God to surprise me. I’m not sure what it will look like. I guess it will be a surprise.
So, what surprised me today?
1. I was surprised that I woke up at 1:30 in the blessed a.m.
2. I was surprised by the unusual activity on my Student Account. My account balance has been fluctuating almost every day since last Friday. On Monday, I need to talk with someone in Student Accounts to find out what’s going on.
3. I was a little surprised at how depressed I felt today. I wasn’t expecting it.
4. I was surprised at how low my grade point average is. I’m embarrassed, ashamed and fearful that I won’t be able to raise it to a 2.0 after the fall semester.
5. I was surprised by Professor Cree’s negative feedback I received on my first Key Term essay for exposition of Hebrews and the General Letters. I need to talk with him about how to fulfill his expectations.
Surprised, but not in a good way.
