					<description>Thanks mate, I gotta tell you your boxing routine has really helped me. I now spend 40 minutes a day 5 days a week in the boxing gym. My progress has definitely sped up!

The boxing is the majority of my cardio with steady state (5 km runs) thrown in as well. I also do on average 4 weight training sessions a week.
