Status: M2 Day 43 of 46
G’day,
Man, I am starting to feel the pressure! Only 3 days to go until M2 Judgement Day. I am into maximum shred overdrive for that six-pack. Today I ran 7.5 km’s (gym closed early so I couldn’t do 10 km’s), did ab training, swimming and recumbant bike over 2 separate sessions with 12 hours rest in between (important).
Putting my Phuket trip on the line through an open vote has got me focused so hard. I highly recommend doing a similar thing if you desire pressure and accountability to meet your goals (in a short space of time!).
This WILL go right down to the wire!

During the next 4 days before M2 Judgement Day I will run 40 km’s, do 4 abdominal training sessions, do 4 hours of Tae-Bo, 4 hours of cycling and 40 laps of the pool.
I am serious about this six-pack!

Another double header today as I shred the last layer of fat on my stomach to reveal my six-pack. I did skipping & boxing in the morning, then a 5 km run & recumbant bike & ab training in the evening. I’ll also do some Tae-Bo tonight for flexibility.

As I talked about yesterday my pre-booked air tickets and accomodation to Phuket is on the line. On Judgement Day March 24, 2007 your votes will decide whether my midsection qualifies as a six-pack.
Only if the majority of votes are YES will I go to Phuket!

That’s right, your votes will decide if I go to Phuket or not. My Mission 2 goal was to get a six-pack by March 24, 2007. On this day I will reveal my midesection and you will decide if it qualifies as a six-pack. I am doing this to hold myself accountable to my goal.
If the YES votes are greater than the NO votes I will be on the plane to Phuket on March 26, 2007.

The final countdown has begun for Mission 2 and my beloved six-pack. Today I rocked the house with Triple Drop Supersets. A very intense way to train but necessary if I am to get that sixer by March 24, 2007.
