After my start in oct 06 taking five months to loose four stone, Ive sufferd a few up’s and downs like any one.
Things are going great again and all set for breaking my new goals. My next goal is to loose another stone before this year is out . And im on target!
Next year will be fantastic and cant wait to start it off with a bang..new goals..new gym records and entering a few comps and tearing them up!
Also in talks with a TV company about how ive done and where im going so will keep you informed! crazy!

So.. im in sepetmber now.
Id kindly request that any one post on my pics or reply here where you feel i should really push to get better..or how if you think you know how i can do so! Any tips/advice welcome and people who feel most change is needed..ill do so with before/after pics to see if they feel its better!..So come on peeps..see what you think..just dont be too nasty haha! thanks !

Good day folks
In the gym yesterday i overheard the oweners talking about a in gym comp!! So.. i have enterd my self in.Its going to be in december. Its going to be lifting and fittness.Bit like Mr Iron man type thing i guess. Once i get the full list of what i have to do,ill post it. But i cant wait.. time to prove to my self and others That i can do what i put my mind to..
Seems there is alot of interst.. So..game on! Time to really crap the whip to win this.. no comming 2nd

Ive still been training hard while my progress halted some what,So ive been away from here trying to kick things into gear.
Im back almost at full power ready to get over this hurdle,Just need a royal kick up the ass to do it. I want my goals…I WANT THEM!…
So.. So.. determination.. i need my pot of that right about now!
