Been a while since a write up a post and since I’m stuck waiting up for my brother at 2:30am, I may aswell update you on myself.
The old maintaining weight while gaining strnght programme fell out the window a while back (as you can tell by my updated weight stats and photos) , I’ve been forced to gain weight for rugby, not to worry though because Im actually enjoying it. Rugby season is over, after a third place league standing and winners of our domestic cup, I’d say it went pretty swell’! Looking forward to next season (next match is in Sept’) but until then it’s GYM, TRACK, DRINKING and KO’D!
Eh, not sure what else to talk about, I have actually been able to read TWO books during 2008, an achievment which has amazed my whole family (I have never been able to sit still, so the whole reading activity isn’t a strongpoint of mine). I guess I owe a lot of thanks to Lance Armstrong for writing two intresting books on his intressting life.
Eh, what else can I talk about? Heading away to New York in October, so if you’re hot and out there give me a buzz…please?
Only messying

Damn, I feel good!
For starters im kicking my new routines ass. After a slow start I’m begining to make steady progress.
Secondly, I have become a regular in the squad. I was randomly chosen to play in as Fly Half (the hardest position on a rugby team, it involves controlling the direction of your teams movment through kicking the ball!and I kicked ass. Scored 2/3 conversions and one penalty, the Gaffer even gave me a pat on the back after the match. He has starting calling me ROG (Ronan O’Gara-one of the best fly-halves in the world, if u wonna see him check out my vidz)
And as for my social life, been partying whenever I aint in the gym. I have been intoxicated rougly…..6 times this week and we still got the weekend. I have also started a "kinda, almost, maybe relationship" with a great girl Una and things are looking good.
Anyway just thought I’d keep you all posted (does anybody even read these things??) and I hope you all are going well!

As I said before I’m trying to gain strenght and keep my weight as it is. Last week I was hitting the gym pretty hard, with Dave, all heavy lifts. But I wasn’t showing any signs of change. If anything I was falling behind.
I got worried, and Dave wasnt helping: "you cant expect to lift more when ur not gaining weight!"
Monday-Thursday was spent gyming it with Dave, I was determined to show him I could make this happen. But I just couldn’t get into it, couldn’t get a tempo started. From Monday to Thursday he kept nagging me and lecturing me on "how my goal wasn’t happening"
Friday-rest day.Had a rugby match so no gym. As usual I was left to warm the bench(which I did pretty damn good ) and was subbed on with 10 minutes to go….by then we were losing 23-12. Of course I gave it my all but the score remained 23-12.
Friday evening was spent with the team in the pub…drinking our depression away.
Worst week ever I was thinking, but Saturday morning redeemed everything.Doing heavy lifts on upper body with Dave, no progress with me until bench press. This was the one for me, I had it in my mind that I was gonna do it, gonna make progress on this last lift.
I had lifted 125kg before for a 1 rep max, decided to try 130kg-see what would happen?
Damn man! Amazing! The easiest lift I ever made. I couldnt believe it. I looked at Dave afterwards and asked "did you give me a spot?"
"No, why?"
"Caz that was piss easy!"
Best morning ever

Okay, I’m getting alot of abuse through messages and the forums ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=123111791#post123111791 ) about my hungry ego. Listen I am the kind of guy that needs his ego to be fed. Don’t hate me becuase I’m confident, I think we all should be confident, there’s nothing wrong with being proud of who you are. Ali, the greatest boxer of all time, was cockey, a loud mouth and thats probably why he won. He knew he was going to have to live up to all the trash talk he was saying and that played a factor in him winning.
Don’t hate me, cause I sure as hell don’t

Ok, I was around the web one day and stumpled apon bb.com, after chatting to some helpful individuals in the chatroom I discovered bodyspace. Man what a website, I’m allowed post pictures of myself without being called a showoff??? I love this site and the women and on it……..simply the best.
Okay more on me:
I play rugbyfor my college UCD, we’re amazing unfortunetly I’ve just been dropped from the first team. The gaffer(that means manager in Ireland) got a new winger who he feels is better than me?? Sorry never heard them words in the same sentence before. Anyway this pie hole is fatter then me therefore making him a better tackler, the gaffer has advised me to gain some weight and fight for my starting line-up the only problem with that is-I don’t wonna gain any weight. In rugby, the bigger the are the harder you hit, but the harder you hit the fatter you are. I ain’t gonna on a super high calorie diet and hiding my physic-ITS WHO I AM FOR PEATS SAKE!!
Anyway, I’ve set about gaining strenght while retaining my bf%. **** over eating I’m gonna start over lifting.
I set up a tread , I wonna find out if theres anybody else with a goal similar to mine so let me know its:
