A Month Away
Well, I think I have made a little progress while on the rock. I was able to control my diet and workout when I wanted to. Now I head back to sea and then the field for a month. MRE’s are the best way to control a diet, but hopefully if I get some good ones and if it is hot enough where we are going then I won’t have to worry too much. I will have to find ways to workout. I sure I can find some way to get it done. I always do!! Well in a month or so I will be back on the rock. Hopefully I have some progress and abs!! Wish me luck!!

I’d have to disagree with the MRE statement…i guess if you only ate ONE a day, you’d be okay.
I noticed this blog was from awhile ago. How did the field problem work out for you? Were you able to lean out and stick to your goals?
