Boy do I know that feeling. I played hockey for about 8 years before having to take my senior year and the year after off (no varsity because of that), then those 2 years turned into five...When I started lifting again I couldn't even do the sled weight on the leg press. Talk about a blow to the ego! My point is, keep working consistently and you'll get back up there!
