I work out at a fitness club that is connected to a dayspa type place. Last night I get all pumped up, ready to lift, took extra NO-Xplode, and was ready to squat till I puked or soiled myself. I get there-they closed because the weather was "supposed" to get bad. It had not. So I’m all jacked up with nowhere to go. I usually like the fact that its a quieter gym, not a lot of hardcore people there, even though it makes it difficult when you have to have a 98lbs, 16 year old girl spot you when your dropping the big numbers. But this might be the straw that broke the camel’s back. I may have to go back to the YMCA and have guys give me the stink eye, watch me lift, and ask me how much I do or what I’m on. Damn it. I’m just waiting for someone to whip it out and slap it in on the table for comparison at that place. Good thing I’d win

Well I’m excited for my lift today because I just got my new supplements in the mail. Back on NO-Xplode and starting Cellmass for the first time. At the very least it will help my lift today by getting me jacked up to get after it. Bulking’s been going pretty well and now I’m ready to really kick it into high gear as spring football training camp is quickly approaching. Bust some heads and peal some caps

I haven’t tried to really bulk up since I stopped playing college football. I’m big at 6′5" 265lbs, but I wanna get really big and get some strength gains. So I’m officially starting a new bulking phase. Besides, that 6 pack was never gonna happen this year anyway. As always tips and pointers for this are appreciated
Adding weight for me has always been tough, but I’d like to hit 285 lbs by the spring.

Wow did my squat suck ass yesterday. I hadn’t done legs since football started (about 5 weeks). Well when I threw on 405 for my last set of squats I only sqeezed out two. I felt better after rounding out with some lunges, leg extension, calf raises, and abs, but usually I feel good about my squats. I guess they can’t all be winners, but that is a HUGE loss. I usually have no problem doing five or six really good ones, and I figured that with all my football stuff I wouldn’t have lost that much. I was wrong, and my ego suffered the consequences.

Holy crap! I lifted yesterday hitting chest, bi’s, and tri’s and took a double dose of NO-Explode (I was really dragging). Afterwards I thought my arms were going to fricking explode! I am deifintely sold on this stuff. I love that feeling like every fiber is ripped and pumped. Can’t wait to go back to the gym tonight!

So I was at a Sevendust concert last night, and if that wasn’t enough to get me jacked up, I met one big f-ing dude. Reminded me of Jay Culter. I don’t meet alot of guys that make me feel small, but he did. And now its back to the gym hard and heavy.
PS I also saw a midget. That was awesome.

So I will not be able to make it to the gym again today. Missed yesterday’s workout because I was working late. Not a good week. Gym is closed tomorrow. Maybe next week won’t be such a loss. Stupid job.

So I’m just joining here and am looking for some supplementation advice. I haven’t used anything since about 2000, so I’m sure alot has changed. I need to kick myself out of my weak routine!
At the recommendation of my brother, I picked up so NO Explode to help with energy and I like it so far. I’m looking to stack that with something to promote recovery and build mass. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Right now I’m considering adding Cellmass….
But if I can only hit the gym 3 or 4 times a week, do I really need a supplement for recovery? I’m really only hitting each group once a week.
