Today marks the start of me working to achieve my goal of making it 160 lb

so today it begins.
after 5months of not really being able to train really hard and grow due to wrestling season
i began my training allover again..started today with delts just to get back in the rythem of things. went extremly well my shoulders were feeling a major pump =]
Also started the new nutrition plan to get biig!
now its time for bed

Switched it up

well i switched up my workout tonight..normally id do shoulders/abs and chest tris well i went to shoulders/tris for a change and WOW tore them muscles up my shoulders had the best pump ever and my tris were looking and feelings huge…ive got a feeling im gonna keep it like this for a bitnow too see how it goes

YEsterdays back/bis workout

was pretty intense for me…. warmed up with 4 sets of wid-grips pullups
then moved into the seated cablerows for 3 sets then had 2 sets of widegripspulldows/2sets of close grip pulldowns…moved on to bent over rows for 3 sets and then ofcourse hit them DEADLIFTs
Bis i  did 3 sets of hammer curls..then moved on too incline DB curls….Bb curls and some cable curls……. was feeling the pump at the end and today im feeling the soreness of the workout which im happy about =]
