Those abs are far away, but don't let that deter you. I can see your handles on the side have retracted. 2-3 lbs a week is realistic for real, permanent weight loss. Just as you didn't get overweight all at once, you can't get thin all at once or your body will freak out and think you're dying.

The best advice I can give at this point, is when you are working out, especially cardio, when you've gone as far as you think you need to, go just that little bit more. 60 seconds, a quarter mile, whatever. End each session sweaty and breathing hard.

Goals are really just arbitrary figures...who's to say a goal is realistic when we make one? I look at them as just things to help keep us motivated along the journey to improving our bodies and our health. Your progress is fantastic, and isn't making progress the best goal we can achieve? Keep it up!

After having a breakfast consisting of old fashioned oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder mixed in, take the spoon you at with and insert it into your mouth – do not remove until 2 ½ to 3 hours later when you will drink a protein shake.
Repeat this procedure after every meal.
Remove spoon when retiring for the night.

It's becoming more difficult to live a healthy life. Our societal structure dictates this. For example a missionary we support live in Ch!n@ and he says that they really don't need gyms since they live on the 4th floor of an apartment at the top of a hill. In the US we all seem to live in suburbs drive our big cars into our fortress and pull the drawbridge and turn on the tube.
Also I don't talk too much about how eat, my friend said it might make people feel bad about themselves and not come around me. This is a hard lfe we've chosen but like the Chrstian life it's worth it.

Gotta agree with Brashanic. A lot of progress can be seen in your face. If we don't see the before, the after might not be as impressive. However, the helmet is pretty bad ass and I wish you all the luck in the world with meeting your goals.
