Getting healthier…
Well today I got some bloodwork and blood pressure done at my parttime job for a health assesment. My good cholesterol is 36 instead of 40, but other than that all my numbers are great! Just need to keep lifting, doing cardio and eating fruits and vegtables. I can’t imagine what those numbers would have been just over a month ago! Just another reason to keep doing what I’m doing. I’m going to post those numbers on my weight room wall and in a few more months get it done again. One day at a time….
