just a crapy day!
so i have changed my hours at work from working 7:30pm to whenever, to 6 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.! for the past week i havnt had the energy to workout. i think about it everyday but i just dont have any energy. my body isnt used to getting up so early. no one should ever have to wakeup that early for any reason. so now when i get home all i want to do is eat and sleep. i am at least eating better! my motivation has just left me for a bit. i did however workout today, i got on here and saw some people that are my friends and got jealous as i usually do! so im just going to have to suck it up and do my best to get my ass in that room and work my SHIT OUT!!

Nice work buddy. It helps a bit when we get tough on ourselves and just say "harden up!".
I’m pretty motivated for this coming week with a week off and 2 sessions a day planned (for 4 days, plus one on the coming Sunday). If I’m really bombed, I just go in and start training, then I say "just one more exercise"…then one more, and I eventually get through it, even if it is only an average workout, it’s still better than nothing. You’ll do fine, look at what you’ve already achieved and how it makes you feel everyday! Cheers.
