so i have changed my hours at work from working 7:30pm to whenever, to 6 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.! for the past week i havnt had the energy to workout. i think about it everyday but i just dont have any energy. my body isnt used to getting up so early. no one should ever have to wakeup that early for any reason. so now when i get home all i want to do is eat and sleep. i am at least eating better! my motivation has just left me for a bit. i did however workout today, i got on here and saw some people that are my friends and got jealous as i usually do! so im just going to have to suck it up and do my best to get my ass in that room and work my SHIT OUT!!

ok so i just got my hands on some animal cut packs! i have heard some pretty good things about them but have never tried them. im hoping they get me jump started into cutting my mid-section which seems to be the most stubborn part of my body. ill keep people updated on how well they work,prolly after my three week cycle! if anyone has tried these let me know what you think about them??…………

allright so im writing this because i need some answers!? i eat a ton during the day, im just always hungry, so i want to know what people think are the best things to eat before and after a workout. i usualy have a protein shake before and chicken breast after! i’ve tried different things. But i need a few pointers. i want to know whats the best thing to eat during off-season and when ur working out non-stop-(in-season)?
