Chest Day
Today was awesome. It started out kind of shitty when I was doing Incline DB Press, and was having trouble with 55’s. I just kept going up in weight though and the more I went up the better I felt. I finished off with 70’s? for my last set at about 8 reps. I did incline flies and then did DB bench. My last set I finished with 85’s for around 6. I have not done that much in a while so it was good to get back there. I did decline also for the first time in a while and did 85’s for 6. I finished off with a few different pushup variations I know and called it a day. All in all it is good to be hoisting the heavy weight again, but I still have more work to do.
