I felt as of late, that my motivation was kind of draining. It was hard to actually leave the gym and feel like I had a good workout. My workout numbers are ok, but I cannot be satisfied with just ok. I have come a loooong way since I first started lifting (2years this June). Today though I did back and felt great. I started with weighted pull ups, wide, normal grip, neutral and close grip. Barbell rows, deadlifts, dumbbell row, and inverted rows with some lower back extensions. My deadlift isnt as good as it once was, but it will get back up. If I can continue with this for the rest of the week, it will be a successful week.
